Registration deskCheck attendees in, hand out badges, answer the first question of the day. Greeter and wayfindingWelcome people at the door and point them to the right room. Session room supportKeep a session room running: seating, microphones, timing cues. Speaker and VIP liaisonMeet speakers and sponsors on arrival and get them where they need to be. Setup crewSignage, tables, and swag before the doors open. Breakdown crewPack down and load out after the closing session. Photography and social mediaCapture the day for the chamber's channels.
